Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy

In hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, the heart muscles become abnormally thick and make it difficult for the heart to pump blood. When thickening happens in the muscular septum between the ventricles, it prevents the blood flow out of the heart, known as hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. There is no treatment for a complete cure of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. It can be managed with medications to regulate heartbeat and surgeries.
