Idiopathic Pe

Pulmonary embolism is blockage of arteries in the lungs caused by blood clots. When the cause for clot formation is not known, then it is known as idiopathic pulmonary embolism. Shortness of breath, anxiety, chest pain, etc., are the symptoms of pulmonary embolism. It is treated with anticoagulants and clot dissolvers.
