Niacinamide is one form of vitamin B3 and is also known as nicotinamide. It is contained in foods like eggs, milk, fish, meat, cereals, and green vegetables. It is used for preventing vitamin B3 deficiency, and for the treatment of skin problems, cancer, acne, pellagra, etc.
