Ramsay Hunt Syndrome

Ramsay Hunt syndrome is a medical condition characterized by otalgia (ear pain), ipsilateral facial paralysis, and vesicular rashes on the skin of the ear. It is caused by the reactivation of the Varicella-zoster virus in the facial nerve. Antivirals and corticosteroids are the medications used in the treatment of this condition.
