Retinal Vasculitis

Retinal vasculitis refers to the inflammatory conditions of retinal blood vessels. Toxoplasmosis, syphilis, and herpes viral infections are the most common infections associated with retinal vesiculitis. The common symptoms are a rapid decrease in vision, dark spots in the visual field, and floaters. Drugs such as local or systemic corticosteroids, periocular therapy, and intravitreal injections are some treatment options for retinal vasculitis.
