Shoulder Exercise

Shoulder exercises are done to relieve shoulder pain. Shoulder muscles are the easiest muscles that can be developed through exercise. The common shoulder exercises include pushups, incline bench press, lateral raise, overhead press, standing cable pulley fly, crab walk, prone T, dumbbell shoulder push press, cable face pulls, straight arm circles. It avoids continuously working on the shoulder muscles for two days as they need time to recover and build muscle.
