The left anterior descending, right coronary, and circumflex arteries get blocked in triple artery blockage. The blockage is caused by arteriosclerotic plaques, and this leads to decreased blood flow to the heart. Eventually, the narrowing of the arteries leads to a heart attack. Bypass surgery is done to correct this situation.
