Any suggestion?

Medical Case Details:

Hello, everyone. One of my 26 years old patients came with complaints of injury on the right cheek. 7 days back, she got hit on her right cheek (probable due to domestic violence), which caused pain, swelling, and tenderness. She used cold application, painkiller, and some ointment to reduce the pain and swelling. Pain and swelling are reduced now, but there is hardness on the right cheek. It feels like a hard and indurated muscle. I suggested her to take the x-ray, but she did not take an x-ray. What would be the probable treatment for this? Is there any way to reduce the hardness of cheek muscle? Any suggestion would be helpful. Pics are attached here. Thank you in advance.

Hardness may be due to organized hematoma due to inter or intramuscular bleed
it will take time to resolve completely. thrombophobe ointment and cold application will help. also add chymoral forte and some muscle relaxant
