I agree with Dr. Manish Jain. The lesion is on the cheek and as it is not affecting any functions of the child, the vision, hearing, speech, feeding etc, its always better to wait and follow up. This will regress on its own by 5-7 years. Proper counselling of the parents is necessary and are asked to avoid any trauma in this region. Propranalol treatment is also not fully indicated considering the risk/benefit ratio. But after the regression of the lesion, an intervention in the form of laser or surgical excision might be required for any remnants.
