Medical Case Details:

23 year old female has multiple dark macules on her body especially on legs, arms and buttocks. In the past she was treated with Doxycycline and LCZ (Levocetirizine) and got improvement. After 2 weeks dark spots reappeared with intense itching. What is the best treatment for her now?

First what past history of any contact that you suspect allergic to it?
Have you done basic test , blood sugar, VDRL, HIV , hemogram where you can get ideas neutrophils -bacteria, eosinophils- allergic,
First you reached principal cause by history and analysis can give symptomatic treatment,

May be fungal infections, not able to see clearly, may be secondary sifilis but do not give itching?, may be erithema fixed multiform sever form of allergies. Please go again detailed evaluation further.

Intense itching and black macular with squamated, scaly lesson ? Tenia corporais
Then you can give Antifungal and antiallergic tab oral and local.
