DVT, is there calf tenderness?
Peripheral pulses? If absent? May peripheral some vein is blocked,
Emergency Doppler study, angiography if possible to confirm.
Bed rest. Do not stand and walk till thrombas stabilised.
IV fluids, oxigen, leg resting position with pillow.
Inj flexiparum low molecular heparin 2000 units subcutaneous daily if confirm diagnosis.
Inj heparin 5000 units s/c with control of PT.
Or IV infusion of heparin
When colour normal shift to aspirin or clopidogril and gentle movent Chang possible, start walk gradual.
