Complete examination and history?
Drug history? Or terminal stage not responding decompansited may occur hypotension and bradycardia.
But only two lines information not sufficient to decide, poor presentation of case to think possible causes.

He speaks? Can take?
Is he athletic?
Is taking beta blocker?
Is he takes drives?
Shock should tachycardia, now may vago-vagal stimulation.?
Is patient in coma? Then poor prognosis.
Is there any missing beat , arrhythmia?
I think if patient speak and family there try history
Very difficult to think only pulse and BP, even patient in coma some finding examination?? Can suspect?
