I agree with Dr. Yogesh. Age of the patient and general perception matters. People complains ED before starting regular marital sex. First, second time sex with unknown / relationship partner may fail because of performance anxiety or stress. In such cases counseling will do the trick. Even in the initial days of marriage, when the couple try sex 4 or 5 times day. Stress and tiredness may cause ED. But here it is not organic. So detailed interview with the patient is must.

In fact, the effect of one dose can be there for 3 days and may not need to take every day. in my experience after a period of successful erection, and good sex, one may not need the help of tadalafil as the confidence is built up

@Dr. Amiya kumar sir i don't prefer tadafil to an older patient because there is chances of increased blood pressure causing them more weakness..
I suggest Vita x Gold capsule will be suitable.
