Amiodarone

Amiodarone is an antiarrhythmic drug used in severe conditions like ventricular fibrillation and tachycardia. They work by blocking potassium rectifier currents, thus preventing repolarization of the heart. Nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of coordination, tingling, easy bleeding, etc., are the side effects of this drug.
