Anterior Pelvic Tilt

The anterior pelvic tilt is the variation in the spine's posture that occurs when the front portion of the pelvis rotates forward and the back portion of the pelvis upswings. Sitting idle for a long time with no adequate movements can cause anterior pelvic tilt. It is characterized by pain in the lower back, hip, and knee.
