Boost Metabolism

People with more muscle mass tend to have fast metabolism than people with less muscle and more fat. Intense aerobic activity is necessary to boost metabolism and burn more calories. Brisk walking, cycling, swimming, jogging, etc., are few aerobic activities that needed to be practiced daily for atleast thirty minutes. Other activities like intense gardening and lifting weights are also beneficial. Being active by incorporating physical activities as life's part is the key to boost metabolism.
