Covid vaccine is given in two doses for children from the ages of 5 to 15 years. The first dose is supposed to protect children against the virus and the second dose is supposed to extend the protection against all the variants of the virus. The adverse effects of this immunization are headache, soreness at the injection site, feeling tired, or fever with chills.
