Dryness Of Mouth

Dryness of mouth is a condition in which there is decreased production of saliva. The condition is also known as xerostomia. Certain medications, cancer therapy, nerve damage, age, smoking, alcohol drinking, etc., are the cause of dryness of the mouth. Dryness of the mouth leads to bad breath, caries formation, grooved tongue, etc.
