Erythematotelengiectatic Rosacea

Erythematotelengiectatic rosacea is a subtype of rosacea. Frequent episodes of transient facial erythema characterize it. Sometimes, facial edema and burning can occur along with it. It is caused due to some triggering agents like stress, intake of hot drinks, alcohol, spicy foods, exercise, cold or hot weather, and hot baths. This condition is managed by taking topical medicaments like Metronidazole, Azelaic acid, and Briminodine and by taking laser therapy.
