Hifenac contains Aceclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs) analog of Diclofenac. It is used to relieve moderate to severe pain in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
