Meatal Stenosis

Meatal stenosis is a condition that occurs when the meatus, the opening at the tip of the penis becomes narrower. This condition can be present at birth or can develop later in life. People with meatal stenosis may experience painful urination, sudden urges to urinate, frequent urination, and a small, narrow, fast urinary stream. A surgical procedure called meatotomy is the best treatment for meatal stenosis.
