Medial Epicondylitis

A condition that makes the inside of the elbow hurt. The cause is excessive or repetitive stress, frequently brought on by jerky wrist and finger movements. As a result, the elbow could feel tense due to possibly weak hands and wrists. Rest, ice, painkillers, stretching, physiotherapy, and bandaging the elbow are among the forms of treatment. Another word for medial epicondylitis is the golfer's elbow.
