Micro-tese

Microsurgical sperm retrieval from the testicle or micro-TESE is the surgical exposure of testicles through a scrotal incision under general anesthesia to harvest sperm in infertile men or azoospermia. The highest sperm retrieval rate is being found with this procedure. The scrotal incision is usually midline, and the retrieved sperm is freeze stored for use in fertility treatments.
