"Ejaculatory duct obstruction is a rare, congenital, or acquired obstruction of the ejaculatory ducts seen in approximately 5 % of infertile patients. The symptoms include oligospermia, aspermia, and chronic perineal pain worsened by ejaculation. Transrectal ultrasound for the prostate and seminal vesicles is the modality of choice for the assessment of ejaculatory duct patency.
