Pentoxifylline

Pentoxifylline belongs to the category of hemorheological drugs. It helps the blood to flow easily through narrow and obstructed arteries. It is usually prescribed to people who suffer from leg and arm cramps due to poor blood flow. With adequate blood flow available, the muscles get enough oxygen to function normally and it does not pain anymore.
