Salivary Gland Tumor

Salivary gland tumor is the abnormal growth of the cells within the gland or in the duct draining the gland. These growth may be benign (not cancerous) or malignant (cancerous). They are rare and often present as a painless swelling, and the growth may obstruct the duct or impair salivary production.
