Tarsal Coaliiton

Tarsal coalition refers to the connecting of the tarsal bones of the foot. The bridge could combine fibrous tissue, bone, and cartilage. Patients typically complain of repeated sprains and soreness in the hindfoot when they are symptomatic. A stiff flatfoot with heel valgus and forefoot abduction characterize the conventional look.
