Vernal Keratoconjunctivitis

Vernal keratoconjunctivitis is an allergic inflammation of the external ocular surface. It most commonly affects children and young adults. Common symptoms of this condition are watery eyes, photophobia, and burning and itching sensation of the eye. Topical antihistamines and topical corticosteroids are used to treat this condition.
