X-ray Neck

Neck X-rays image the cervical vertebrae in addition to epiglottis, tonsils, trachea, and adenoids. Neck X-rays are of choice in diagnosing conditions like cervical spondylosis, osteoporosis of the neck, bony spurs, displacement, fractures, etc. Radiation exposure of X-rays are very minute and does not pose any health risk. However, taking multiple X-rays increases the risk of radiation exposure.
