Yeast Intolerance

Yeast intolerance refers to allergy to yeasts. Yeast allergy causes rashes and anaphylactic reactions in the affected individuals. They also cause headaches, bloating, weight gain, and joint pain. Bread, biscuits, and other baked foods contain yeast. It is good to avoid foods containing yeast in affected individuals. Taking antihistamines provides some relief. In severe cases of an anaphylactic reaction, emergency medical care is necessary.
