Actinic Porokeratosis

Actinic porokeratosis is a skin condition where dry, scaly patches occur on the skin. Small brownish patches with distinct borders appear on the sun-exposed areas of the skin. The common risk factors are immunosuppression, genetics, and increased exposure of skin to ultraviolet radiation. It is treated by applying topical Imiquimod, cryosurgery, and photodynamic therapy.
