With increasing age, the newborn's body starts requiring more nutrients. It usually occurs after the age of 6 months, and when the feeding portions increase in infants, it is called complementary feeding. A delay in increasing feeding portions or complementary feeding can hamper the growth of the child.

Query: Hi doctor,My baby is one and a half years old, and taking formula milk. Now we changed to stage two of the same brand, but he is not drinking it.
