Fordyce Spots Scrotum

Whitish harmless spots that appear on the penis or scrotum in males are called Fordyce spots or Fordyce granules. They are more commonly seen on the inner side of the cheeks and edges of the lips. They are enlarged sebaceous or oil glands that are believed to get enlarged due to hormonal changes at puberty.
