Oseltamivir

Oseltamivir is a neuraminidase inhibitor used as a prophylactic treatment in children and adults if they are exposed to flu or during an endemic or pandemic situation and treat flu symptoms. It is also used to treat and prevent the bird influenza virus and H1N1 virus. Adverse effects include nausea, vomiting, stomachache, diarrhea, headache, rashes, swelling of the face, breathing difficulty, hallucination, speech problems, etc.
