Palmoplantar Psoriasis

Palmoplantar psoriasis is a form of psoriasis that affects the skin present in palms and soles. It occurs due to skin injury or infection or because of hand dermatitis and extreme stress. They result in red scaly plaques on the affected region of the palms and soles. Topical steroids and coal tar is used to treat this condition. Stress management helps a lot.
