Rct File Breakage

Though not in most cases, the files used during root canal therapy might sometimes break within the root canal while doing the procedure. If the broken piece of the file is stuck within the root canal and does not extend beyond the root canal, it will not cause problems. If not, it has to be removed with a minor endodontic surgical procedure.
