Dr. Smrithi Anna Punnen completed her Master in Public Health in 2022 from SRM Institute of Science and Technology and her undergraduate degree in BDS from SRM University, Chennai in 2016. She has more than seven years of experience. She is well-versed in all aspects of dentistry and is very skillful in her work.

Awards & Publications

Dr. Smrithi Anna Punnen has received a Certified Professional certification in COVID–19 Contact Tracing, an online course authorized by Johns Hopkins University. In the 4th Intra collegiate Medal Prize examination, she participated in the Department of General Pathology conducted by SRM Dental College. She has also received certification in Stereolithography-poster presentation in Global dental meet Certification by Management of Alison in Designing and Implementing Monitoring and Evaluating Systems, and AFRO IDSR Application of Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR) strategy to Emergency or Fragile Health System contexts. She also has certification as the International chair of Bio-ethics by SRM Institute Of Science And Technology, and Phoenix 2021, a virtual conference organized by the Indian Association of public health dentistry, Kerala. She has attended a conference program on Medical emergencies on Basic life support from SRM Dental College, Ramapuram. Dr. Smrithi Anna Punnen has received special training on managing medical emergencies in the dental Office from SRM University, and Prosthetically Driven Implant Dentistry- Department Of Prosthodontics by Deplant 2017.
