Breast Pores Blockage

In lactating women, the pores of the nipple through which the milk flows get blocked in certain instances. Hardened milk can get plugged in and cause pores. These pores also get covered by the skin at times. Excessive milk secretion, tight brassieres, infection, improper feeding techniques, etc., are its causes. Breast massage, wearing comfortable brassieres, proper and regular feeding, warm compress, painkillers, etc., can help.
