I am 27 years old male. I am a hypertensive patient, and I am taking Metosartan 50 in the morning. The blood pressure is under control. Recently, I started to have a walk in the morning. For a few days, I walked quickly for 15 minutes. After a few days, my heart rate got increased, and I felt weakness in my leg after having a walking for five to seven minutes. I did my ECG and ECHO recently. The results were completely normal. Please suggest.
It seems that you do not have stamina and endurance. Your muscles get tired due to the lack of stretch exercise. You need to start stretch exercise and cardio to gain more energy and endurance. I have gone through the attachment (attachment removed to protect patient identity). With normal investigations, your heart is working regularly. Your body muscles are causing the problem. It is mandatory for you to do body stretching exercise and cardio exercise on a daily basis.
