Non-obstructive Azoospermia

Non-obstructive azoospermia is the most severe fertility disorder in which the semen does not contain any sperms due to a lack of spermatogenesis. It can be due to inherent testicular disorder, defective gonadotropin production, radiations, toxins, medicines, varicoceles, etc. Hormone therapy, administering aromatase inhibitors, avoiding radiations and toxins, and altering the medications help manage non-obstructive azoospermia.
