Sleep Study

A sleep study is otherwise known as polysomnography, is one of the best tests that is used to determine sleep disorders. This sleep test is done by recording the brain waves, the oxygen level in the blood, heart rate, breathing, and eye movements during sleep. It monitors the sleep cycles and helps to identify when the sleep patterns are getting disrupted and the reason for it.
