Encephalitis is a condition of having inflammation in the brain. It is commonly caused due to viral or bacterial infection. Mild cases do not cause any symptoms. Some symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, weakness, and loss of sensation will occur in severe cases. It is treated according to the cause.
