Dr. Khandge Ashwinkumar Vasant received the Best Scientific Paper Award - Mission 2018 annual conference of the minimally invasive spine surgeons of India for a paper titled -The small get smaller: Feasibility of 14 mm tubular retractor in the management of simple and complex cases of lumbar disc herniation. He also did an Accredited Fellowship in the Association of Spine Surgeons of India and a Fellowship in Endoscopic and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at the Catholic University of Korea, Seoul St. Mary's Hospital.
