Acetaminophen, otherwise called Paracetamol, is a drug used to treat fever and pain. It is used in combination with other painkillers to relieve pain in osteoarthritis, cancer, toothache, back pain, headache, and post-operative pain. Acetaminophen overdose can result in liver damage.
