Hello doctor,
My friend has had high blood pressure for two years. Recently, his blood pressure shot up to 200/110 mm of Hg. He felt like an electric volt hit him and fainted. Presently, he has weakness in his left eye and on the left side of the body. Also, he does not have a balance during walking. He also complains of dryness of the throat. He has used medicines for depression in the past. He had an MRI scan for the complaint. I am attaching the pictures of his eye.

Did he get an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan of the brain? Has he consulted an eye specialist for the complaint of eye weakness?

Thank you for the response.
He is not taking any medication or consulted an eye specialist. He has undergone an MRI scan; however, his physician suggested that there is nothing to worry about. He also complains of pain and pressure in the bone area that he has pointed out in the pictures.
