Hello doctor,

I am 25 years old. I am suffering from high blood pressure. Now I am going through a severe headache, full of anxiety, and I cannot concentrate on anything properly. My ears sound like a beep. My ECG and sugar levels are normal. My blood pressure is normally 140/90 mm of Hg, sometimes 150/100 mm of Hg. I am taking the following medicines.

1. Tenormin 25 mg.

2. Amitone 10 mg.

3. Fluxotine 20 mg.

But these medications are not working properly.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Your headaches are due to uncontrolled high blood pressure, so we have to fix that. If you are not taking any medications, you must take them. You mentioned that “ I was taking these medications “ when did you stop the medications, and what was the last combination of pills you took that did not work for you? Please also check your heart rate or pulse. I suggest you do CBC (complete blood count), LFT (liver function test), fasting blood sugar, and fasting lipid profile. Please let me know if you are still taking Tenormin 25, Metromax 25, or both.

Thank you.
