Professional Bio
Dr. Atiqur Rahman Khan is a Pediatrician. He has been working at Maternity And Children's Hospital, Najran, Saudi Arabia, for more than 15 years, which gives him great inner satisfaction, and he has successfully faced the most challenging cases, especially since this work involves little lives on a large scale, from chronic disorders to common childhood health issues. He has experience treating inpatient and outpatient children and looking after premature babies in a NICU. He believes in taking his work seriously as he understands the implication of having a child's future in his hands.

Dr. Atiqur Rahman Khan was awarded by the University's Rector and the scientific head for his research on familial Mediterranean fever, common in Jews, Armenians, Turks, and Arabs. Journal on Vici Syndrome in Mid-Eastern Infant, 2019, OMIM242840 was published in Academia Journal. He published Evaluating the Quality of care processes and clinical outcome of premature newborns admitted to NICU in Najarian, 2020 in Global Scientific Journal (GSJ). He is a Member of the Editorial Board at Zagazig University Medical Journal. He regularly publishes several Articles, case studies, brief reports, review articles, and educational pediatrics blogs on several sites.
