Color Doppler

Color Doppler ultrasound images the blood flow using ultrasound waves. They show the speed and direction of blood. These are utilized in conditions like deep vein thrombosis, heart problems, pregnancy (to check for blood flow in mother and fetus), stroke, blood vessel injury, peripheral arterial disease, and after surgery to check for blood flow. It recognizes if there is any blockage or decrease in the speed of blood flow.
