Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

This is most likely pheochromocytoma, anxiety, panic attacks or essential hypertension. A pheochromocytoma can also cause arterial resistant hypertension which could be fatal sometimes and this blood pressure is usually not controlled with common blood pressure medications. You could consult your doctor for blood tests of Metanephrine. You could also go for thyroid screening test as hyperthyroidism symptoms could be presented this way. Also, involve in relaxation techniques and try to avoid stress and also consult with a cardiologist for a second opinion as well as we have to be always on the safe side as the safety of the patient is our first priority.

Thank you for consulting me.

You can always come back and reach me at icliniq.com.
