Biotin

Biotin, also called vitamin H, is a type of vitamin B. Biotin is naturally available in egg yolk, nuts, organ meats, whole grains, mushrooms, etc., and the daily dietary allowance is 30 to 100 mcg per day. Biotin deficiency can cause hair fall, brittle nails, and skin rashes.
